We offer turnkey solutions for microfluidics molding services, including mold inserts engineered for COC and other medical-grade polymers. Our hardened 50 Rc injection mold inserts enable high-volume production of microfluidic blood analysis devices with integrated optics and surface finishes as fine as 20–30 nm Ra.
